• Portable equipment is brought to you by your osteopath, allowing you to enjoy professional care without having to leave your home. We just need a clear, quiet space for optimal comfort.

  • We begin with a thorough discussion to understand your unique needs, medical history, and any specific symptoms or goals. This helps tailor each session to you, and provide maximum benefit.

Based on your assessment, your osteopath will use gentle, effective techniques aimed to ease discomfort and support healing.

After treatment, you will be given advice on self-care and exercises that will help reinforce the benefits of your session. We’ll discuss what to expect post-treatment and answer any questions you may have.

  • For ongoing care, we would have already discussed a personalised care plan based on your progress and goals.

These sessions can be for ongoing treatment, maintenance, and prevention.

  • Baby osteopathy sessions are designed to provide gentle, effective care for newborns and infants. We focus on soothing techniques to address common issues such as feeding, being unsettled, sleep disturbances, and tension that may arise from birth or early development.

Every session begins with a gentle assessment to understand your baby’s needs and identify any areas of discomfort or tension.

Treatment uses soft, minimal-pressure techniques. This approach is designed to be soothing and comfortable, with a focus on your baby’s natural rhythms and responses.

Your osteopath may also offer advice on comforting holds, positions, and tips for supporting your baby’s well-being at home.

  • Maternity osteopathy sessions aim to support your body through the physical and hormonal changes of pregnancy and the postpartum period.

Treatment uses safe, gentle techniques to relieve areas of tension, improve circulation, and promote flexibility. This is considered a safe approach to relieving pain during pregnancy.

To help you maintain comfort and recovery, we provide practical tips and exercises tailored to each stage of your journey.

If you struggle with pelvic floor trouble (bowel or bladder incontinence/leaking, sexual dysfunction, pelvic pain, …) we also provide an in-depth pelvic floor assessment or Mummy MOT®.

  • This service is available to anyone with female anatomy, whether you have had children or not.

    Common issues we manage include:

    • urinary or bowel incontinence

    • pain during intercourse

    • pelvic floor weakness or overactivity

    • post-partum check

Within a session we may assess the whole body and treat accordingly. There is also the opportunity to have an internal pelvic floor assessment carried out in order to better understand how those structures are doing.

Any technique which involves internal vaginal contact will be discussed prior, and a signed consent form is required before commencing. After signing the consent form, you may withdraw your consent at any time.
