What Osteopathic care includes

Understanding the layers that make you… you

The first step to treating is UNDERSTANDING.

An initial session will start with a case history. This is to get to know you and understand all aspects that make up your SELF.

This will include talking about your current and past health and physical situations, in order to create an accurate picture of what makes you and your pain unique.

Creating a plan that works for you

Hands-on treatment, advice, rehabilitation and possible referral are all part of your care and management plan.

We will discuss what your goals are, and with tailored advice you will have complete control over the type of treatment you receive.

As well as home visits, you can also find treatment at these practices!
